Bottle up patience not anger. Five things Hazrat Ali (AS) teaches

BLESSINGS FROM THE WISDOM OF HAZRAT ALI

B: Bear sorrows and calamities patiently, otherwise you will never be happy. (Hazrat Ali SA).
L: Leaning is one of the five pillars Hazrat taught: Learn to admit ignorance and learn what you do not know.
E: Endurance and patience go hand in hand if you want to build the highest values and live the highest life.
S: Sin is the only thing you should fear, so drive out sin with goodness.
S: Success comes to those who are patient, although it may take a long time to reach you.

Y: You can uncover and experience more of the treasures of life if you develop patience and are patient.
O: One who cannot be patient will experience more sorrow than the patient person.
U: Using patience you can more fully understand and be understood.

FIVE LESSONS HAZAT ALI (AS) WANTS TO TEACH YOU
Hazrat Ali (AS), the fourth leader of the Muslim community, taught five main things:.
1. HOPE: Have hope only in Allah.
2. GOODNESS: Be afraid of nothing but sins.
3. LEARNING: If you do not know a thing, never feel ashamed to admit ignorance.
4. LEARNING: If you do not know a thing, never hesitate or feel ashamed to learn it.
5. PATIENCE: Acquire patience and endurance because their relations with true faith is that of a head to a body. A body is of no use without a head, similarly true faith can be of no use without the attributes of resignation, endurance and patience.

DO YOU WANT HAPPINESS? Here’s how
Bear sorrows and calamities patiently, otherwise you will never be happy. (Hazrat Ali SA).

DO YOU WANT SUCCESS? Here’s how
One, who adopts patience, will never be deprived of success though it may take a long time to reach him. (Hazrat Ali AS).

WAYS YOU CAN LOSE (USE UP) YOUR PATIENCE
The grant of patience (from Allah) is in proportion to the extent of calamity you are passing through. If you exhibit fretfulness, irritation and despair in calamities, then your patience and your exertions are wasted. (Hazrat Ali AS).

MINDFULNESS
Our mind holds treasures of knowledge and wisdom but on the other hand it is found to harbour very ugly desires. In short, every kind of loss and gain makes the mind unbalanced. (Hazrat Ali AS). Work to avoid impatience so it does not disgrace you.

THE DUALITY OF PAIENCE
Patience is of two kinds:
1. patience over what pains you, and
2. patience against what you covet.

THE WAY TO LOOK GOOD. Here’s how
Patience and forbearance will conceal many defects.  (Hazrat Ali AS).

WHAT PATIENCE IS
Patience is a kind of bravery. One who cannot benefit by patience will die in grief. Hazrat Ali (AS)

HOW TO BE A WISE MAN
A wise man first thinks and then speaks, and a fool speaks first and then thinks. Hazrat Ali (AS) said that the greatest wealth is wisdom. You can’t be wise unless you are patient.
